More About Me

A little bit about me

For Ann Hernandez-Gabler, real estate is about more than just transactions—it’s about building relationships and helping people find their place in the world. With over 20 years of experience, Ann has dedicated her career to serving the vibrant communities along Michigan’s US23 corridor, from Grand Blanc to Fenton to Brighton. Her deep understanding of the local market and genuine care for her clients have made her a trusted resource for sellers, buyers, and investors alike.

From the start, Ann’s passion was clear: helping families and individuals navigate one of life’s biggest decisions with confidence and ease. Her work goes beyond matching clients with homes—she connects them to neighborhoods, organizations, and opportunities that enrich their lives.

Ann's passion for guiding others led her to earn her Broker’s license and take on leadership roles. From 2016 to 2019, She served as Team Leader & Associate Broker for Keller Williams in Brighton, Howell, and Fowlerville. During this time, she supported a close-knit team of 150 agents and staff through some of the most challenging transitions, including the illness and passing of the office founder. Ann’s leadership helped maintain a sense of unity and purpose, and her guidance was instrumental in ensuring a smooth transition as the company moved to new ownership.

In her next role as Branch Manager at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in Northville, Ann adapted to the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic by creating Zoom-based training programs that kept agents engaged and connected, even during the toughest times. Her leadership was not just about operations but about fostering relationships and ensuring everyone in the office felt supported. Later, in 2021, Ann became Director of Operations for Keller Williams Ann Arbor, where she managed a team of 180 real estate professionals, focusing on cultivating a culture of collaboration and service in the community.

Prior real estate, Ann built her leadership and sales expertise in the corporate world as Vice President of Sales at PALS International. There, she worked closely with clients like General Motors, Robert Bosch, Chrysler and Lear Corporation, developing cross-cultural training programs to help organizations strengthen their teams.

Ann’s commitment to her community doesn’t stop with real estate. A long-time resident and active participant in local life, Ann uses her expertise to strengthen the neighborhoods she serves. Whether it’s mentoring & training other agents during her leadership roles at Coldwell Banker, Keller Williams and Berkshire Hathaway or offering compassionate, expert guidance to those selling the long-time family home, she strives to make a lasting impact on the people around her.

Outside of work, Ann’s dedication to connection and service shines through her involvement with Trinity Lutheran Church in Fenton, where she participates in the Music Ministry and Handbell Choir. She also serves her community through Bible Study Fellowship in Brighton, finding joy in walking alongside others on their faith journeys. She enjoys sharpening her musical skills with the Livingston Women’s Chorus. In her downtime, Ann enjoys pickleball, hiking, and exploring Michigan with her husband, Mike. Together, they are proud parents of two sons, Andrew and Spencer, whose successes inspire her daily.

For Ann, real estate is more than just a profession—it’s a way to serve her neighbors, build community, and help others achieve their dreams.
